Documents Legalization

 

 

-       Certificate of origin, Commercial documents and Packing list (if required) all must be translated into Arabic language and both the original and translation must be attested by Chamber of commerce and Ministry of External Affairs of India.

-       Copy of Shipping Bills

-       Copy of Bill of Lading

-       Export and Import License of both exporting company of India and Importing Company of Libya.

-       Copy of memorandum for Pvt. Ltd.

-       Copy of establishing agreement for partnership companies.

-       Two copies of each documents ( original+ copy)

 

 

-       In addition of the above mentioned requirements, it is necessary to enclose health certificate issued by E.I.A ( Export Inspection Agency) or any Government Laboratory or Veterinary Health Centre and Open a file that contains Insurance contract  for the exporting  company and importing company .

-       Translation of all documents needed to be legalized into Arabic.

-       Attested by MEA.

-       Information of both companies and their specialization.

-       Purpose of Legalization.

- Charge of each document is Rs. 1150 + 500 agency charge in addition 0.1% on invoice value for commercial documents.
